David Goodman, D.Phil

David has over 25 years experience in senior identity management positions in Europe and the US. He led two prominent pioneering EC-funded identity/security projects while working for IBM, firstly with Lotus in the Notes/Domino product management team and later with Tivoli’s security division. He has led several start-ups in the identity space and spent eight years in senior product management roles for telecom providers Apertio, Nokia Siemens Networks and Ericsson.

Ian Glazer

Ian Glazer is the Vice President for Identity Product Management, at Salesforce. His responsibilities include leading the product management team, product strategy and identity standards work. Prior to that, he was a research vice president and agenda manager on the Identity and Privacy Strategies team at Gartner where he oversaw the team’s research. He is the founder and president of IDPro, the professional organization for digital identity management. He was also a founding member of the Management Council and Board of Directors for the US Identity Ecosystem Steering Group (IDESG). During his decade plus time in the identity industry he has co-authored a patent on federated user provisioning, co-authored the Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) Version 2 specification, contributed to the System for Cross Domain Identity Management (SCIM) Version 2 specification, and is a noted blogger, speaker, and photographer of his socks.

Gerry Gebel

Gerry is the VP of Business Development at Axiomatics, and in this role he supports our sales, marketing, customer support and product teams by managing strategic partnerships and alliances Prior to joining Axiomatics, Gebel was vice president and service director for Burton Group’s identity management practice. Gebel authored or contributed to more than 70 reports and articles on topics such as authorization, federation, identity and access governance, user provisioning and other IAM topics. Prior to joining Forcepoint, Jackson was the vice-president of product management at One Identity, a leading provider of identity and access management solutions. He has held positions at Quest Software, Dell Sonicwall, Dell Software Group along with over five years at Microsoft in product management roles that spanned security, Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager and Windows Server. Jackson began his identity management and security career as an early employee at Toronto-based Zoomit Corp., the pioneer in the development of meta-directory products, who Microsoft acquired in 1999.

Sari Ratican

Sari Heller Ratican’s global privacy and data protection practice focuses on providing practical advice tailored to each client’s unique needs. In this role, he investigated and developed alternative identity validation services for online establishment of real world identities. Formerly, Andrew was Director of Identity Services at Google, operating the largest consumer identity provider in the world at that time, managing over billion consumer and enterprise identities. As Senior Director of Consumer Identity at PayPal, he managed over 350 million identities validated for use in financial services, complying with US Banking, AML and anti- terrorist funding requirements. As Director of Technologies at RSA Security, Andrew worked on a wide range of identity and security systems. A leader in PKI and Web-Services markets, he has co-authored numerous Web Services security specifications and is author of a book on Public Key Infrastructure. Andrew was a founding board member at the OpenID Foundation, the Open Identity eXchange (OIX) and the Information Card Foundation. In 2006, he was recognized by InfoWorld as one of the “Top 25 Most Influential CTOs”. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Sydney and holds a M.S. degree in software engineering.
